This is not the first time AVID has featured one of the most famous artists, singers, and entertainers of all time in our catalogue. The legend that is Frank Sinatra has appeared on many albums for AVID stretching right back to our very early days before our Classic Albums series even existed. Many are still available on Amazon including would you believe a karaoke CD and DVD! One of them, Three Classic Albums (AMSC936) represented our first foray into the Classic Album area but looked a lot different than today’s snappier version! On that release we featured “In The Wee Small Hours”, “Close To You” and “A Swingin Affair”. It’s still in the catalogue so check it out! Our most recent Sinatra release was the very well received set that included four absolute classic Sinatra swing albums “Swing Easy”, “Songs For Young Lovers”, “Songs For Swinging Lovers” and “Come Dance With Me” (AMSC1417). There’s not really much else we can say about Frank Sinatra that hasn’t already been said. So we will let the music speak for itself.
